Meetings and AGM

REGULAR MEETINGS

Our meetings are typically held on a weekday evening in Week 4 and Week 9 of each school term. Meetings alternate between in-person gatherings in the school library, and online meetings via Zoom.

Meeting dates are published in the school newsletter.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

​

Our AGM is held as part of the first meeting in Term 2 each year.

​

The 2026 AGM will be held in the week commencing 11 May 2026.
